On February 8, 2020, around 3 PM, the employees were wasting their time chatting and playing rock-paper-scissors instead of working, and they forgot to attend to my mobile order. The service was terrible. I would get in trouble if I neglected to serve my customers at my job, especially when it was slow! As a result, the food was really cold and poorly prepared. It was disgusting. This was my first and last time at this McDonald's.
