Decided to treat the grandkids to McDonald’s, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience. The double cheeseburger was messy, the cheese wasn’t melted, and the fries were overly salty. When I asked for a replacement burger, it looked just as bad as the first. We ordered two Happy Meals hoping to get the Wakanda Forever toys, but were given Space Jam toys instead. When we requested the correct toys, the staff responded with a poor attitude in both instances. It felt like this McDonald’s was run by uninterested teenagers who didn’t care about the menu or customer satisfaction.

Used drive through due to covid19 restriction on inside seating. Ordered fries, milkshake and sweet tea. From start to finish the staff was friendly and efficient.The fries were fresh, the milkshake was delicious and the tea tasted like it's supposed to taste. Three things that seem to be rare at any local McDonalds. I only visit this establishment when I'm in the area, maybe every three months and each time they are consistently with service and freshness.
I visited this restaurant on Tuesday at 9:30 PM to grab some large fries. The staff was incredibly courteous when I asked if I could use a McDonald's rewards code. The employee checked with us first to see if the fries were fresh enough, and without us even asking, he made us a fresh batch. He even ran out in the rain to hand them to us personally. I really appreciated the gesture—he came through with those hot fries and ketchup! Thanks a lot, man!

Early February 2021, used drive-thru so granddaughter could have happy meal. Decided to get a couple of mcdouble cheeseburgers, too. Ordered 6 piece mcnugget happy meal, extra fries, paid for extra bbq sauce. Ordered 2 mcdouble cheeseburgers, large fry. Got home, no bbq sauce, no bbq xtra fries in happy meal. Both mcdoubles had ONE patty and 2 cheeses. Food was all cold. Called store, they promised coupons as compensation, never received anything.
The food was prepared perfectly to my specifications, served at the ideal temperature, and was delicious. The staff I encountered were both friendly and professional. Moreover, the restaurant was clean and well-organized.
The staff at McDonald’s are wonderful, delivering outstanding customer service. After my initial visit, I urged my wife to apply for a position there, and I’m delighted that she is now a member of the team.
I often come to this McDonald's and consistently receive great service! The employees are very friendly, and my order is always accurate.
