Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

Typically my favorite McDonald's. It's the one I've been going to ever since I was a child and now have a child that I take there. He absolutely loves the old tunnels that were there(not sure if they still are/are revised). We recently went through drive-thru. They ALWAYS cook the apple pies to my preferred degree. Chewable but slightly golden brown on the corners. I am however giving this 4/5 stars, because the fries we received were definitely the ones that had been sitting for a bit. They were so hard that I couldn't bite them and ended up throwing the rest out after trying, out of my love of them, like crazy to consume them in some way without chipping a tooth. 6 fries later, we gave up...

Walked inside, stood at the counter waiting to order and three employees are staring at us from the back. After a few minutes, we awkwardly had to ask if we could order food. Without leaving the kitchen, they tried to tell us we couldn’t order inside. One of the employees had to eventually walk up to the counter to tell us because they were so far away we couldn’t hear them the first time. They said their lobby was closed and we had to order through the drive thru. Then why were the doors unlocked and why didn’t you tell us when we first walked up to the counter ? Really bad customer service. So unnecessarily awkward. If we hadn’t tried to ask it seemed they were just waiting for us to walk...

I stopped in to get an order of fries. I went inside and found a sign that said kiosk only and that they were short staffed . I 'm not sure what they mean by kiosk when the only thing available is a credit card reader. If there 's no way to place an order there, what good is that?! I went outside and went through the drive through. The audio was so bad, I could hardly place my order. When I got my fries, they were room temperature (like they had been sitting around for quite some time), and tasted like cardboard. I hadn 't been to a McDonalds in quite a while and decided to see if they 'd improved any. Apparently not.

I've always believed that our local McDonald's and its staff were far superior to the disarray of Burger King, even after 25 years, and better than the other nearby McDonald's locations. However, I recently found hair in my ice cream. How does that even happen? I will not be returning to any McDonald's. Absolutely disgusting. Reserva una mesa ahora

Says drive through is 24 hrs, it’s incorrect. I showed up after work at 11:15pm on a Friday night, went through the drive through and sat at the mic for like 15-20mins, figuring they were cleaning inside or something. No one answered at all, even when I called their phone. Thanks for the wasted drive…

I ordered a big caramel machiato. I got a little and no cool whip. when I mentioned it to the dame and she said that our machine just went down to cleaning. Seriously, this is the third time that I ordered this drink here in the last month and every time they screw it up. they train their staff.

Sitting in line at the drive thru for 15minutes only to be told at the menu board sorry we’re closed ,THEN SHUT THE LIGHTS OFF SO PEOPLE DONT DRIVE IN AND SIT THERE. 4 cars behind me? Same story,haven’t been back in 3 weeks

Like seriously where is the burger come on people you don’t get paid 17$ an hour to screw people over and then not answer the phone always having problems with this place Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was served hot and was absolutely delicious. The manager was incredibly friendly and made everyone feel welcome!

Usually they have no problems here, they just held it together and stacked my tomats as if they were playing jenga.
