Sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes behind one car. When we finally got to the window and was told to pull forward where we waited for about 7 minutes. After watching several cars behind us get their food, they finally brought out our food. Yes, the fries were hot (which is where the extra star on this review came from), but the chicken nuggets were cold. Won't be stopping here again.
The location is excellent, and the hours are convenient, offering a nice variety of menu items. However, the service leaves much to be desired. I ordered six sandwiches and several large fries, but they charge $0.25 for each additional sauce. The only sauce provided is for the nuggets, whereas other McDonald's locations typically offer sauces for fries as well.
Lady taking the orders was horrible couldn't get anything right. Then I needed to make a 2nd order since I had a van full of people n she said McDonald's doesn't do that, except we go to McDonald's all over Illinois daily n have never been declined to do more then one order. Needless to say some passengers didn't get to eat as we was all in time limits
The weather is going to be hot this summer, and their ice machine is broken! This seems to be a recurring issue in our society, based on my experience. They really need to improve, especially since they've been facing this problem consistently. The staff should receive training overnight so they can be properly prepared for the next day! You would think that when you go to the drive through at noon… And they are busy, that you would receive fries that are fresh and hot but their fries are terrible. I think they refry french fries that get cold… and serve them hot, but stale. This McDonald’s is consistently very disappointing.
Let me drink my quarter gallon of chocolate milk in peace. You really can't ask for more than that. Local hero Thaddeus would probably enjoy the mcribb, or two. Very culturally enriching, highly recommended for fellow tourists.
Always love service and food !Wheelchair accessibility: Fiancé is in wheelchair and ramp was very convenient, as well as the business doorways and spacing between tables being wheelchair friendly.
I've had two instances where my son became ill after drinking white milk from McDonald's. He mentioned that it tasted sour, but I checked and it wasn't expired. Just a heads up to be cautious! Reserva una mesa ahora
My favorite McDonalds. Service is fast efficient. Many smiles and entertainment. I've gone to this place since the opening.
