I don't know who trained the drive thru order taker on the date 12/2/22 at roughly 10 pm but they need to be retrained who trains someone to continuously interrupt someone then rush them to order that made me so upset with my interaction that I justleft from the amount of disrespect she gave me I don't care if she's in a hurry to close she shouldn't be interrupting orrushing a customer that's impolite and poor business choice I will most likely stop coming here after being a customer for over10 years now due to this experience because if this person was improperly trained it leads me to believe others are too and Ican possibly get the same outcome please explain to your employees that rushin...
I began my visit at the kids' play area, and I was appalled by the sticky and dirty floor; every step left a residue behind. The slide was particularly bad, as it had some sort of drink mixed with vomit on it. After that, I received my food and, unfortunately, found a hair in my meal! They replaced it, but in the meantime, while eating the nuggets, I noticed a black spot in them. To make matters worse, my replacement burger had a strong chemical smell. Additionally, the noise level from the people behind me was quite bothersome. Overall, I do not recommend this McDonald's.
Great place for the kids. And they allow you to bring in other food as long as you buy something. So we purchased some sushi ? from tahru and brought it to McDonald's so the kid could have fun as well.
The prices here are outrageous. A sausage McMuffin with egg is $6.39. at the deer valley McDonald's it's $4.19. why is everything $2-4 more here????

The quality control at this location is very poor. The staff could benefit from retraining on food preparation and customer interaction.
Mainly go there picking up Uber orders but everything is always ready. I have gone to eat there occasionally and it's always clean.
Order on the app everytime and I ALWAYS have to wait for it. Never ready when I arrive. Defeats the purpose of ordering online.
The prices are too high, the quality has noticeably declined, and it's clear that the staff has had very little training.

The French fries were piping hot, the cheeseburger was delicious, and the iced tea was wonderfully refreshing.
Drive up and App are the way to go! My breakfast sandwich hit the spot
