McDonalds hat es nicht leicht. Überall sprießen Burgerläden aus dem Boden und bieten hochpreisige Frikadellen im Brötchen an. McD hat das zum Anlass genommen, ihr Ladenkonzept zu überarbeiten und nennen es Restaurant der Zukunft. Uns hat das ganze am Samstagabend an eine noch schlechtere Version von Vapiano erinnert. Nach der Bestellung am Touchscreen im Eingangsbereich und dem Bezahlen per Karte begann die Wartezeit. Nach 30 min hatte es die Mannschaft aus Küchen- und Thekenpersonal geschafft, ein BigMac Menü fertigzustellen. Nach weiteren 20 min erschien für einen kurzen Moment auch die zweite Bestellnummer am Abholterminal. Bis ich die 10 Schritte zurückgelegt hatte, war die Nummer wieder...

Waren gestern Abend 22:30h in dieser Filiale. Neues Bestellsystem!!! Nach 45min noch kein Essen! Mitarbeiter genervt und empfahlen zu BurgerKing zu gehen. Sind trotz bezahlten Essen nach 1h total sauer gegangen. Nie mehr wieder!

Meeting with a colleague. Not often that I visit a Mac. However, this was convenient for a small meting. We got the coffee and it was one of those mc-cafe. This place is extremely clean including rest rooms. Try it.

we stopped here on the way to Austria. they had free wlan for an hour that worked well, the 20 minutes we visited. we had an breakfast menu with rührei, speck and roasted muffins. that tastes good.
