I don't understand why McDonald's employees have such a hard time getting orders right. They literally have a step-by-step list that tells them what to make and what ingredients to put on it. Even then, they consistently forget to add extra cheese, or remove an ingredient that I wanted removed, or forget the sauces, and sometimes even forget entire items. This location makes mistakes so often that I always have to pull over and check my order after ordering drive thru. Having to go inside to get my order fixed defeats the convenience of using the drive thru.
This McDonald's was recently remodeled. The driveways, the sidewalks have been adjusted. The driveways are so narrow that many people daily damage their tires or puncture their tires on a poorly designed drive-thru. Management team refused to help refuse to offer any assistance and treated me like a pariah. AVOID This McDonald's at all costs if you value your car
Drive through hours are inaccurate. It's hours are the same as dine in hours. Came multiple times and my experiences including the one I had before typing this reflects that. If you need food near/after 11 go downtown dublin and hit the jack in the box. Thus one does have convenience of being just off the freeway so hit it in a rush
Expect a significant wait for your food at this restaurant. Every time I go, I end up standing off to the side, waiting for my order. It feels like they're in a rush against the clock, leading to guests not receiving their meals until well after the expected time. This is simply unacceptable.

Pretty terrible McD’s, tbh. Poorly managed and it shows. Dirty, chaotic, poorly made food (except fries are usually hot). Mgmt is very hostile and rude, hopefully they’ll be replaced soon.
I had a pretty good meal at McDonald's. I haven't visited one in a couple of years, but this location was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly as well.
Placed an online order for pickup. When i got home, they had forgotten my fries and sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets.
The breakfast sandwich was prepared with incorrect ingredients, and the packaging was very poor.
