I am extremely disappointed with this location and how the general manager handled a troubling incident. One of the staff members verbally attacked a customer without any provocation, and it took intervention from others to prevent a physical altercation. I was there with my grandson, and it was unbelievable to witness the lack of consequences for this employee's unacceptable behavior. I visited this morning and ordered a Large Iced French Vanilla Coffee with 5 creams, 5 sugars, and extra ice. Since I was the only customer in the drive-thru, I expected my order to be just right. Unfortunately, it was a letdown: there was no vanilla, no ice, and the coffee tasted watered down. They added only about 3 creams and 3 sugars. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced an issue! I’ve ordered the same drink at least 4 or 5 times, and it’s never been made correctly. Typical McDonald's no matter where you go, screws up your order messes up your order. I'm done with McDonald's. I don't think no if it's corporate policy for them to mess up your order because it's happened to several different stores not just one or two. I'm talking like 10.
I asked for hot sauce but received mild instead. The McDouble was plain with nothing on it, and the order was a bit unstable. I even had to instruct the cashiers on how to give me my change! Every Saturday, it seems like something always goes wrong.

The manager taking my order, Michael, was extremely professional. He should definitely be a main store manager or even a corporate manager. He was quick with the order, very friendly, and efficient.
Everyone here is so sweet and helpful. There have been a couple times that they've forgotten to give me my coffee but overall they make up for that and more. Love the staff.
This McDonald's was disappointing. The cashier struggled to make change and forgot to give me the sauce for my McNuggets. Overall, it was a bad experience.
if they use a discount, they will be gypped. Example: if you get cheaper coffee, it will be seriously watered down. it's a waste of money.
