I tried using the kiosk to pay with my credit card, but it wouldn't go through after two attempts. So, I went to the counter to order and waited at least five minutes before having to call out for help. Finally, someone came to assist me. It took 25 minutes to get my order, and the bacon was only half a piece. The service was terrible. I don't understand why all the employees, including the manager, were in the back, leaving customers waiting to order. It was a mess, with about 15 staff members working, but only around 10 customers in the dining area, so it wasn’t even busy. All the tables were dirty, and I could only find one clean table in the whole dining room. Our coffee and hot chocolat...
The food was just okay. The McChicken still taste too spicy to my taste to be a regular McChicken and the double cheeseburger just doesn't even taste like meat anymore it just has a weird like aftertaste also so it's mostly artificial I think anymoreeven though they say it's not. I went to go sit down and all the tables were dirty had to tell someone to come clean thembecause there's nobody maintaining the dining room area anymore like they used to be clean. The manager came and wiped off fourtables and then left
I placed an order through the mobile app, but I couldn't reach the designated McDonald's pick-up spot because both drive-through lanes extended onto the street, blocking my access to the waiting area. I ended up going inside to collect my order amid complete chaos. I wanted to cancel my order, but there was no option to do so in the app. When I finally received my food, it was obvious it had been sitting for a while—cold fries and a melted shake. I will never return to this location.
Terrible location. They were out of napkins, straws, and had no drink refill station. They also don’t accept EBT, despite what their website states. Asking for extra cream incurs a charge. This place is a complete disaster. I will not return to this location. The cashier was frequently absent, and there was no one at the front to assist. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

It was super busy, so I understand maybe nit the best service. The line still went at a fair pace, but the food was all smashed unto a bag and two cheeseburgers had burnt onion bits in them. I'll definitely give them another try but not for a while, andmaybe at a slower time. I will say the staff members were at least very nice.
One drawback of McDonald's is the limited drink refill options. Additionally, parking can be somewhat challenging, particularly when navigating the drive-thru.
It's your typical McDonald's experience. The menu is the same, the food is the same, and the operation follows the same system as it does globally.
The staff at this location is incredibly friendly and patient. What a wonderful advantage! Thank you!
