This McDonald's now features an automatic ordering system, wifi, tablets at some tables for children to keep entertained, a holographic game table that is situated for a...family to enjoy. They now also deliver your food to the table with their new chip locators system. You basically pay for your meal and take your chip they give you to your table and they find you with ease. Only down side to the upgrade is they took their fountain drink machine out and put it in the back and now you can't get free refills. All in all, it's McDonald's...but something about Europe and how they have their interio...

This McDonald's is usually pretty stable, but it gets pretty busy at times. Every time I've been here my wait has been short regardless of the number of customers. The McCafe is full of dozens of drink options as well as friendly service. I'm my... four years of living here, I haven't had a bad experience at this particular McDonald's location.
This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant ever , it went through a refit about 6 Months ago , not sure if this is anything to do with it . Be prepared for At least 10 minute wait in the drive through if...there is only one or two cars in front , anymore then forget it and go somewhere else unless yuh have a lot of time to sit around .

This is our usual first stop after arriving at the Frankfurt airport. One of the best breakfast meals around at 6:30 a.m. This is becoming a norm with David us (Susan I). McDonalds has good quality standards, no matter which country the restaurant...is in. Thanks for serving the billions of customers. Keep up the great work!!!
One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had: The service is slow and disorganized They don't respect the serving procedures (e.g. the McFlurry wasn't filled as it should, had little chocolate and the ice cream had crystals) The inside is dirty... .Won't go back there!
Left waiting for 10 mins Bashful. Ignorant. Place was not even busy, what's the point, a whole counter for "mc" cafe if you ignore gong people are standing there waiting !
it is as in the world of mc Donalds ́s a local among many. the offers are as usual good, service friendly and in front of all the things convenient.

I like this Mc Donalds. It is the second oldest in Kaiserslautern. It is not so overcrouded like the other one at Opelkreisel
Made a quick stop here for a meal on the way back from the Airport. Bought a McNuggets combo. Average McDonalds
