Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

In the past two years, I've noticed that the drive-thru cashiers have consistently lacked a smile and any expression of gratitude. Today, on September 2, 2020, the cashier looked at me strangely even though I was handing her exact change from my pocket. I've used contactless payment methods 19 times without issue, and I was wearing a mask, yet the cashier still had a frown on her face. This industry really needs to prioritize customer service training.

I encountered mixed experiences during my visit. Only one of the employees was helpful and professional. I noticed a lot of casual chatter among the staff in the back area, and one young man in black pants was wearing them so low it looked like he wasn't wearing any at all. The food was just okay. I visited on Monday, February 17, around 6:45 PM, and the helpful employee was not the manager.
