If I could give 0 stars, I would. Normally, I'd never have a problem with this location. After all the negative comments and reviews I've read and heard about this location, I've been lucky to not have a bad experience until recently. I placed a mobileorder through the app, drove to the location and parked curbside. App said expect about 5 minutes for order to be out. While myfamily and I waited for our order, we watched people walk up to the doors, grab the handle to try to open only to find out it'slocked. They were closed. Employees were inside ignoring customers at the door. There were a few customers parked curbsidelikely waiting for their orders as well. I0 minutes go by, then 15 then...
If I order a burger with cheese, you'd expect it to have cheese, right? 2+ years of this location forgetting the cheese every single time would say otherwise. Their phone is perpetually disconnected, they're rude to customers, and they're about astasteful and competent as that fast food manager from the movie Falling Down. It takes all of my willpower not to put a rockthrough their window every time I go here because they're not just bad at their jobs, they're incredibly rude about it whilebeing so.
McDonald's is what it is. . . a place that is firmly embedded in my childhood memories. What it is NOT, is a business that provides quickly prepared meals, with little to none of the correct elements of wholesome nutrition. It has very cleanpresentation. The staff makes an effort to be quick with greeting, taking orders, and shoving back at you before they turn away.I only go here if I have my G'kids in tow. They like the video games.
The restaurant is new, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, and the food was fresh and served hot. They also have self-order kiosks for convenience. This location is the new one on Magic Mountain Parkway, situated just down the hill from Magic Mountain.

McDonald's offered a warm and enjoyable experience. I liked that they asked whether we preferred fries or hash browns with our breakfast. The restaurant was also impeccably clean, and their menu had great options.
Worse drive thru. Made to wait a long time for the quarter pounder . Curbside pick up was wrong fir others. They waited has to correct the delivery person. My food was cold.
There's some room for improvement, there are good McDonald's and they have the same pre packaged product, said the Chef with 25 yrs back of the house.(me)
The service was incredibly fast today. Kudos to the drive-thru team for being quick, polite, and efficient. Loved the great deals on McGriddles!

Great service! Although it can sometimes take a bit of time to get simple hamburgers, they are always fresh!
Love how fast they are here and repeat the order back to you before you pay
