Mcdonalds has near always been friendly and the most dependable for fast food. This restaurant was good. Theyre under alot of pressure but no wait here. Down side, hearing of unkind management is not desireable as the staffs well being should be ofpersonal interest to us as some see mcdonalds more than family. Tip: Reprove betimes with kindness when moved upon by thespirit but show forth afterwards an increase in love to him/her whom thou has reproved. We know our employees makes mistakesbut they not us are Your Priority. We not You are theirs.
I work for DoorDash, and McDonald's is really bad with orders when certain employees aren’t working. When a DoorDash order comes in, it gets added to the line with the customers ordering in the lobby. I’ve seen my order on top while there are seven lobby orders below it, but they still prioritize all the lobby orders first. Sometimes, even when they know I’m there to pick up an order, they leave it in the back for almost five minutes while they handle other orders. It’s really frustrating!
My son and I had breakfast at McDonald's this morning, and I noticed an older gentleman who appeared to be a regular customer. He placed a takeout order, and a young woman came out from behind the counter to assist him as he left. This small gesture of kindness truly moved me. It was a reminder that there are still friendly people in the world who are willing to go the extra mile to help others. Thank you for that!
At 11 p.m. on a Saturday night in Evanston, I didn’t expect to have one of the best McDonald’s meals I’ve had in a long time. I was welcomed by a cheerful young man, my order was taken smoothly, and a friendly woman quickly prepared my food. I was back on my way in no time. The food was piping hot and packed with flavor, reminiscent of a Texas BBQ. Thanks, McDonald’s, and God bless America.

Online ordered to my table waited 40 mins for fries. They forgot my order entirely. Tables are filthy almost always. Best thing they got going is their food quality is decent except the the spicy mcchicken that all the mayo was on the side and in the papernot on the sandwich.
Be kind to the McDonald's staff, whether it’s regarding their service, food, or attitude. These individuals work long hours, typically around 20 hours a week, and that’s no small feat. Plus, this location consistently has a working ice machine, which is a nice bonus!
I just visited the McDonald's drive-thru in Evanston about 20 minutes ago and ordered a chocolate Oreo shake, and I absolutely loved it! The woman who made it was clearly proud—and rightly so. I just wanted to give a shout-out. Well done!
Not much excitement to be found at a McDonald's on the highway. Some of the regular seating has been swapped out for saddle-style chairs, along with standard and children's tables.
