Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

I came here to order food for my kids. It was quick stop through drive thru. I ordered happy meal with apple juice, extra apple juice for my toddler and my drink. When I went to the window, I was just given my drink and happy meal without apple juice. I asked the worker but he said “no you didn’t order.” And this person seems very bothered when I asked and didn’t even try checking the order on the screen. Unfortunately I didn’t get the receipt when I ordered. But the happy meal supposed to come with the juice…. Anyway I didn’t want to be a trouble, so I just left. Next day, I check my “recent order” on the app, and I did indeed ordered…. It was just overall bad experience.

I used to work here. All I’m gonna say is go somewhere else. The owner raises all the prices to a ridiculous amount when you can go to another store and get the same thing cheaper. There are homophobic employees, I’ve literally watched a cook drop a spatula and pick it up off the floor and take the burgers off the grill. Saw one coworker sneeze into all the fries. The manager acts nice but she is the opposite and doesn’t support her employees at all! Just go somewhere else trust me.

Staff and service was fine. Food was no issue. However, at the drive thru monitor they advertise a big Mac deal-2 Big Macs, 20 nuggets, 2 fries for $18. I order that. Sorry but we don 't offer than anymore , but it 's on the monitor! . Ordered something else and a frozen drink to find out they don 't have that either (out of stock). Hard to believe the motto is I 'm lovin it

I haven't been to McDonald's in a while but I recently went and it was a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised. The last time I had went, I vowed never to go again. However, this time around everything was made to order... perfect!
