Honestly, Ronald McDonald, Grimace, and the Hamburglar will be having a serious discussion about this service. I have no intention of returning; spending nearly $20 for a meal at McDonald's these days feels outrageous. You’re often better off dining at a regular restaurant downtown or using DoorDash for a delivery that’s worth your time. McDonald's is just not worth it anymore. It's also concerning to see that they’re paying their employees upwards of $21 an hour. You can thank the governor and all the well-meaning people for that. It's no wonder you don’t see many customers enjoying McDonald's food — the people who do seem to struggle even affording a coffee. You know who I mean.
Wow. The customer service at this establishment is terrible. We went through the drive-thru, and not a single person spoke to us, even after we greeted them with "hi" and "thank you." The four employees we encountered displayed negative attitudes. Having worked in customer service for over ten years, I find it hard to believe these individuals are still employed here. What a disappointment.
Waited for like 10 minutes in one lane in the drive-through. Not once did someone take my order yet they were constantly taking the order of everyone in the other lane.If you're not going to take the orders of one lane then at least close it so that it doesn't get backed up. This is the first time I've ever experienced this bad of service at a McDonalds drive through.
The chicken nuggets are fantastic! However, I would suggest offering turkey nuggets during the month of November to celebrate Thanksgiving. It could be a limited-time special, and I bet they'll be a hit! Of course, it would be great to keep the chicken nuggets available too.

I requested fresh fries, but they arrived soggy. I was told to wait five minutes, which I was okay with, but I ended up waiting 15 minutes and my order was still incorrect. The service was poor and the staff had a bad attitude. They need to improve.
The food is usually standard McDonald's fare that really doesn't make me feel good about myself after consuming it. I often find that the employees are super rude. Perhaps the two are related.
It is so aggravating to go to Lynden McDonald's at 10:30 and be told breakfast has ended so we have to drive 15 miles to Ferndale to get breakfast because theirs ends at 11?
