I would have rated this McDonald's higher, but my experience at the drive-thru was disappointing. The employee taking my order was somewhat rude, and after I paid, he handed me the wrong change without saying a word and quickly closed the window. I had to call out to get his attention and inform him about the mistake. He replied that he was out of cash in his till and told me to get the rest of my change at the next window. I mentioned that he should have informed me upfront. When I reached the next window, they had no idea what he meant and had to call the manager. I?d gone there on 10/19/22 for my school lunch break and they had taken over 45 mins to come out with the food. After neglecting to take my order for 6 mins (Ordered at 11:24 received food at 12:14) they had failed to succeed In fulfilling my order. Theyforgot my fries and didn?t give me the toddler toy I ordered (they gave me the normal one) the manager had asked 3 out of the 5other employees to do things and they simply said ?no, I don?t want to? one event said ?please don?t yell at me? when themanager simply asked for a 4 piece nugget and called it out over the beeping machines. They?re had awful service, bad sandwichmaking skills, and and toxic employees.
The McDonald's on Bluff is likely open 24 hours a day, but my experience suggests otherwise. I placed an online order after work, and when I arrived to pick it up, I found them closed. The employee inside informed me they were closing early and suggested I try another night. It seems I have to guess which nights they are actually open. While no one is obligated to stay open around the clock, they should communicate their hours if staffing is an issue. The manager did call me and offered to send some vouchers for free meals, but I never received them.
The McDonald's on Bluff is suppose to be open 24 hours a day. After work, I placed an online order, drove out of my way to pick it up, and they were closed. The guy working inside told me they close early sometimes. He suggested trying a different night.Am I suppose to try and guess which nights they are open? No one is forcing them to stay open 24/7. Just change your hours ifyou dont have the help. Also, the manager called me and was suppose to send me a couple of coupons for free meals, which henever did.

The experience was terrible. It took over five minutes just to place our order because the staff didn’t understand us. We waited an additional ten minutes in the drive-thru line. After paying, we weren’t given a receipt. At the second window, they forgot some of our drinks, and when we asked for them, they argued with us. When we checked our order, it was incorrect. The customer service was awful, and overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
You took my money. When I opened the bag ...as I was passing through Leeds... No fries. Thieves. One sandwich. One fry. It can't be that hard to get right. I even had to wait 5 minutes for someone to bring my order out. How can you be that incompetent?Prices keep going up service keeps getting worse. I will be mindful to avoid you McThieves from now on. Anywhere butMcDonald's from this day forward.
We had 6 drinks- 2 in Happy Meals, a smoothie, 2 water cups we had to pay for and a soda, and we didn't get a single one. None of the condiments we asked for either. We finally brought it up to then when we realized they weren't going to give it to usand they still only gave of half our drinks. At that point, we just gave up.
Went through the drive thru. The employee taking orders was pretty unfriendly. Seemed pretty put out while taking orders and when he took payment. Then to top it off. They didn?t even get the order right and left out a few things. Very disappointing

The staff kindly refilled my drink at the drive-thru, and I must say, the Coke tastes much better than from those all-in-one machines. They were very busy as well! Thanks a lot!
