The only thing decent about this place is the customer service, I've never had a bad experience with the workers through the speakers or over the counter. There's enough parking space for everyone who wants to go inside. There's also a playground inside to keep the kids happy and busy during your visit there. The only time you'll get a fresh meal from this place is if you get there and there's a big line. Asking for fresh patties and fresh chips doesn't always get you that. Most of the time they'll fill your chips to the brim with stale ones and make your burger with stale patties and bacon. I tend to order a coffee semi regularly from the Cranbourne store in drive thru as it’s on my way to work. About 2 times a week. It would not be an exaggeration to say 60% of the time they get my coffee order wrong. I normally request a soy hazelnut latte and either end up getting it without hazelnut which I pay extra for (this is the majority of the instances) or they use different milk which for me is undrinkable. I would have wasted a lot of my here but because it is drive thru it is too late to let them know. I have even asked them a handful of times to make sure that it is the correct order before driving away and they’ve confirmed it was when in fact it was not. I am extremely frustrat...

I would give a lower rating if possible. I order the same thing e very time as d no matter what, it's always wrong!!! I actually hate coming to dine in here our thru the drive thru as the order I get is a simple medium double cheese burger meal. It ALWAYS gets mixed up with my partners meal that is a cheeseburger on its own with extra onion and extra pickle. This is the local store for my partner and yet whenever he gets me food, it's ALWAYS wrong. I don't hold high expectations for any fast food but I definitely WILL NOT get good from here again. This had been going on for 3 yrs now. It's simply not good enough!!!!!

I ordered a double big mac meal through running gear and instead they gave me a normal big mac. I had no time to go back and complain so I decided to go back some days later and tell them about it. they gave no good or something for my labor and not even my big mac meal on a double big mac eating, that was the least she could do. manager was terrible, refused to give me their names and made all the other customers wait in the long car maintenance because she refused to update my order. pity on this franchise for so rude to his customers. never back there. Ordered a triple cheese burger with no onion and the little c# +s put onion on every layer which melted into the cheese so I couldn't even scrape it off, had to throw the whole burger out. Obviously done on purpose because the onion usually only goes on top. Do Not go here if you have food allergies because they will put you in hospital

I know you don't go here expecting good customer service but today was below average. Multiple staff members saw me standing at McCafe, even walking past me without mentioning that it was not open! When I was finally informed, it was in a rude self important tone. At least put a sign up to direct customers to the main counter!

really annoying when they pay for things that are left out of their order. how hard is a big cheeseburger meal plus an additional cheeseburger. I get 20 minutes away and don't notice any extra cheeseburger if I've paid for this article. more love for detail must be clear. useful!

Two fillet of fish. Dry no sauce or cheese. Had to wait in bay. Husband told off for not being in the wrong bay. Had to turn around go back in and get missing fries. Not received nicely just wanted to argue. Worst service and dreadful food. Never again Reserva una mesa ahora

I have enjoyed almost every meal bought there, sometimes, like most other cans, screw up their order and sometimes could get a cold meal, but overall I was with the meals and service at this special "macca ''.

fries were fresh and burger properly packed. So I can say they do better than most almost food stores in the opposite.
