I was in the first drive-thru line next to the building at McDonald's at 7:37 PM on October 12th, 2022 (Wednesday). There was no one ahead of me in either line, but I waited several minutes with no employee coming to take my order. I noticed a customer in the other line was served promptly, and shortly after, another customer in each line was also attended to. Every time I use the drive-thru at McDonald's, my order is always incorrect, and staff don't even bother to double-check it. Management should focus on improving employee skills and customer service. Additionally, during busy times, they need someone to manage parking because the overflow blocks public roads, especially the access from Lakewood to the Passaic-Londra intersection.
The manager at McDonald's was extremely rude and lacked any customer service skills. She hired a friendly young employee who asked for her assistance, but she appeared very irritated. When I tried to ask a question about the menu, she dismissively waved her hand.
The service was slightly slow, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My order was incorrect, but they corrected it within two minutes. Overall, I had a great experience; it was likely just a one-off mistake.

Very polite workers! Fast service and fast drive thru service. Clean restroom. Excellent breakfast lunch. Can't wait to get a Big Mac once again.
