Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I was truly shocked by the conditions at the McDonald's in Werder an der Havel. The hygiene left a lot to be desired – several employees in the kitchen were coughing nonstop, without masks or any protective measures. That's unacceptable, especially in a restaurant! To make matters worse, my order was missing two items – both times the fries. How could that possibly happen? You pay for something and just don't get it. The staff were also extremely unfriendly and overwhelmed. No smile, no apology, no willingness to help. Instead, they practically snapped at you when you asked politely. I'm very disappointed. We often go to McDonald's for breakfast when we're out and about, but I've never had such a bad breakfast. They were out of sugar and milk, we had to exchange the chocolate, etc. ... half of our food was cold.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS check to make sure you 've got everything. Even two fries seems like a cognitive overload. Especially since they 're of the quality that 's meant to keep warm for 12 hours.

What a great service, student drivers help you park and the pre-ordered cappuccino is even brought out. Thank you It's a super nice team
