I waited 15 minutes at the delivery window without being acknowledged. There were two other orders ahead of me, and not a single one was brought to the window. When I inquired, I noticed a bag with my order number on it, but it was empty and hadn’t been prepared at all, despite it being a large order. I was told they hadn’t made it because one of the items I requested was unavailable. Why did it take 15 minutes for me to find out about this? I ended up canceling my order, and the customer was unhappy. This was the worst service I’ve experienced at a McDonald's. They might as well use robots in the kitchen because it would likely improve communication with customers waiting in the lobby.
They rarely screw up at this McD's, which is nice. Foods always consistently good. I have encountered more rude employees than usual here though. The parking lot situation is a nightmare, with entitled you-know-what drivers parking in the designated curbside spots. Not to pick up or get food, but to eat inside. The line here always takes longer than you'd expect. I rated higher than my tome belies because my last 2 visits were 4/5 stars.Parking: San Gabriel/Arcadia drivers, which means WATCH OUT. The curbside spots are always taken up by cars misuseing them. If you enter on the side street and park in the rear you'll be better off.
At other McDonald's locations, I'm used to receiving plenty of ketchup with my meal, but here I only got one pack, which was quite annoying. I even went to the front counter to ask for more, but it took a long time for anyone to acknowledge me, and when they did, their attitude was unfriendly. It left me wondering if there was some sort of discrimination involved. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my visit.
At first they gave us the wrong order..then had us wait at the end which was fine but when our food was ready they ask us to back up and get it...i told them no that they needed to bring it to me..no apology just attitude....

The service is fast, but be sure to verify your order before you leave, as mistakes can occur, especially during busy times. Overall, it’s a great spot! I also recommend having cheerful staff at the drive-thru! Haha!
Clean space. Tend to have a busy drive thru. So I often stop inside to pick up food. The fountain actually have sweet and unsweetened ice tea where most McDonald do not. Very good version of McDonald?s.
It's McDonald's! The food is consistently dependable. However, I've observed that Curbside Pickup tends to take longer at this location than at others. Nevertheless, the service remains efficient.
It's McDonald's... LolThe? machine is mostly functional when I visit ?Not really digging the new remodel. I guess they're cutting back on cashiers and want people to use kiosk more?

Paid for extra patty for my adult happy meal and no extra patty. I mean, I had to wait for a basic Big Mac meal in a fancy box..
