First and foremost, there were significant issues with my order. Not just once, but twice, my request was incorrectly fulfilled. I specifically asked for the special of two Sausage McMuffins without sausage, yet both times I received them with sausage, despite clearly indicating my preferences at the ordering kiosk. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating and caused unnecessary delays as I had to wait for them to correct my order.

I asked for hot chocolate and they gave me a warm chocolate, the seasoned employee told me that is the way it comes out of the machine, then i said then it is a warm chocolate, not hot chocolate, could you microwave it and make it hot, the employee who i think was the manager, he said no because we can not take things back, then he started to walk away, and i said wait wait, you can take your warm chocolate and give me a new one then, he said ok. The food was disgusting and I hate keep them and they also yelled at me and I don't like how they act because when you want to order your food the machine is broken and I told them that the machine is broken and they just yelled at me and I and one yesterday when I was trying to call them they hang up and I do not like how they respect me and one time one of the workers punch me and I was so mad at them because they just punched me and then I called the cops and you know what the cops did they fired them and now somebody else is working
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I parked and waited by the front door for my food, only to find out they messed up my order! When I checked my bag, I realized I was missing items. I informed one of the staff members, but they insisted that another employee had included everything. That was definitely not the case! It took me just half a second to check my bag and hand it back to them, and then they started giving me a hard time and acting oblivious.

I never stop for food here only coffee I always stop at this establishment for a cup of coffee when I 'm around.. But today decided to get a Breakfast Deluxe and guess what..... NO COMPONENTS The service was lame, long, and with no spoon, napkins,ketchup, strawberry jam, syrup ?? and let me say that the taste is nothing with out the components. The worst scenario is thatthe manager bagged my breakfast.....
The lunch shift manager appeared to lack basic job skills and was quite rude when I requested extra sauce on my Spicy McChicken. He actually yelled at me in front of everyone in line, which I found very unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed that a fast food employee would respond to a simple request in such a disrespectful manner. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Believe me McDonalds does not care one bit about you it's about the corporation.I learn how to stop going to McDonald's. Trust me The only way to get back at McDonalds corporation is do not go to McDonald's.as bad as you may want to go .just think that your tired of paying hi price for something that's not all that .
