I was attending my grandsons baseball game. I live in NC and was in NY to visit. This was important to me because I never get to see him play. He was playing two games this day. I ordered from the app so I could get there between games. I sent my parking number when I got there and had to wait anyway. Got my food and rushed back. Started handing out food and realized I was missing half of my order. I called and the manager said she was sorry and they had a lot of new people. She told me to come back and she’d have it ready, also that my order would be free. I went back and went inside as she requested. Another manager was there and she said she had the information and they would get it ready...
this place is absolutley amazingthe food is high qualirty the workers are talwnted in their craft ans kind overall. i highly reccomendthus mcdonalds. i usually hate mcdonalds but they got my order right ans the fries were crispy. i recommend the orange juice it hits different for some reason. so great. the smoothing and mcdlurry maxhines always work too which is rare for mcdonalds.
