I drive home after a long working day, it is 12:40 clock, and all I want is a burger in front of the bed. I order a quarter-peter with cheese and speck. go to the house, open my box and they forgot the quarter-pound burger who went with my quarter-poundburger. the child who answered the phone said they would take my order back when I drove back at 1:00 a.m. I shouldn't have to drive to mcdonald's at 1 o'clock in the morning to correct her wrongly. this is the quality of the service they can expect from mcdonald. do not expect what they have ordered, do not expect you to eat, do not expect them competent staff, do not expect them something out of disappointment and shame. Usually they have no problem with this place, but today I asked for a plane fish sandwich well made. through the drive-thru have reviewed my sandwich before I left and found that it would be on him. that means that this is not clear. had to go in and talk to them about it and about the objects that were missing from my order. I give this place a 4 star because they're better than the others in Greenwood. Had two MC flurries from county line and Madison last night. Horrible. There ice cream is different than here. Like ice milk. Not smooth and creamy like every other McDonald's. Be curious if county line is even using a McDonald's approved ice cream. It's that different.
In spite of worker shortages and high turnover rates in employment, this particular location has somehow managed to maintain its staff over the long-term; their neighborly mien adds much to the dining experience, making this location far and above a top choice among its peers.
