Employees could care less about the customer. They get rude and smart mouth if you ask them to add sugar to your coffee because you forgot and give you an attitude when you ask for sugar because they still didn't add it to your coffee. Fries were unsalted and cold! I will not be back here...
I was stuck in the drive-thru for more than 10 minutes without moving. When I inquired about the long wait, a staff member explained that the managers had sent several employees home early, resulting in a staffing shortage. This McDonald's really needs better management.
Compared to the Indiana and IL stores this food was amazing. Better than anything I got in any other McDonald's. Wasn't greasy or cold.

It's McDonald's... the only difference in the last 20 years is that the service just keeps getting worse.
