I wanted to please my kids to eat in the back. I took a car, we stopped at the leclerc parking lot, I phone them immediately to tell them that fries and sandwiches were cold as if they were made 2 hours before. and the person I had at the end of the wire replied: it is not possible, you just want a commercial gesture instead of telling me to report the order and change it for me. She didn't believe me and put my word in doubt and had a very aggressive way of talking. It was the first time I had eaten in that back and it was the last time I put my feet back. incompetent, unpleasant and aggressive.

Too bad. We can't put less. order received cold, steak chopped with a hard signature burger, so it was cold! Not even finished my menu, nothing to do with what is sold to us, and for once there is nothing in an order (oh joy,) it arrives in a dirty state. badly built sandwiches, meat and cheese totally outside, in short a horror! Especially when you live 5 minutes by car! Finally, we will no longer hesitate between here and bk, located much further but with orders always nickel. Here, a horror.

arrival at 11:20 (near the restaurant at midnight) 20 minutes waiting for the road, 3 staff members saw us and looked straight in the eyes, no one came. we had to move to be put out we will not serve inside we have to go to the car in a very unpleasant way. We went back to the car and someone was waiting for us. No politeness formula. I rarely come to this mc do because the welcome is always unpleasant and there is a great lack of hygiene. again, things go wrong, to avoid!

I took a signature burger, but strangely there was more ketchup than anything else. disgusting I will no longer come back because 9 € for this I prefer to go to the king burger for 8 € I have a good cantal burger with a good meat and especially I am more hungry after. mcdonald's is good to answer by calling us, we will do our best, but not it's been a long time and it's always the same thing. Quality is really no longer at all.
