Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

will no longer go to this place. 2 weeks in order my order was shortened. last week ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuits meal and an breakfast burrito meal. last week only 1 burrito thought it was just an accident. left behind today and cut a hatch brown. we pick it up to eat on the drive to see melvern, so if its discovery is too late, and as long as the commands were right, it is so disappointing. the new girl in the window that spends eating has such a setting. then they do not answer the phone to leave the manager now even so that they can slow down and/or double check to ensure that the orders are correct.

I wouldn't recommend going here unless you're just looking for a diet cola. I've tried to give this place multiple chances, but it has really declined, and I don't think it can recover. We ordered Big Mac meals, and they were so cold and hard that you could actually pick them up and knock them against the dashboard of the car! How do they expect anyone to eat that? The fries were just as bad. The only decent thing was the Coke. If we hadn't been so far down the autobahn, I would have turned around and demanded a refund!

I wouldn’t even rate this as a 1 star restaurant because I am staying in the motel next door and have no vehicle to go through the drive thru so I walked over to go in lobby because it says it is open till midnight. When I got there the doors were locked and so I called and the lady answering the phone was very rude and when I questioned why it was locked when there sign says midnight she acted like she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me

Waited in the mobile pickup spot for 15 minutes. Went inside after they never picked up the phone. Didnt give me the drinks, said they were out and I had to ask for a refund for it. They wanted me to just leave without any of the drinks. Got home and found out every sandwich was wrong and was missing another entire part of the order. Every person at this location was RUDE AND COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. Go literally anywhere else Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant has been terrible for the past two months. They've raised their prices citing “inflation” and a labor shortage, but the service and quality have declined significantly. Every visit feels like a chaotic experience. I’m convinced that no one at McDonald's is addressing these issues. All the phone numbers for their locations are out of service and go unanswered. It's really frustrating.

Every morning, we drive to work in Independence, MO, and we often crave some ice cream with our mobile order. However, half the time, the staff isn't prepared, and our order isn't even ready by 5 o'clock. It feels very unprofessional. They really need to hire a crew that can handle the work they’re expected to do.

The place was disgustingly filthy, I also was the only one there at the time. The employees were too busy complaining about another employee that was 2 hours late. The food was good but the tray that my food was on even had food on it from the previous person.

Constantly messing orders up. Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin, missing egg. Ordered a french vanilla latte, they forgot the vanilla. Highly would recommend you try a different McDonald’s in the city! Reserva una mesa ahora

Past 2 weeks I have ordered here. 6 orders, 1 of them was correct of those times. Single item orders as well. Ask for a Diet Coke, they’ll give you diabetes.

Went thru the drive thru was a tad slow for 2pm. Food was hot. Fries were bland. No salt.
