I used to work here and it was a horrible experience. My shifts were almost always cancelled a couple of hours before they were meant to start. Because of this, I didn’t end up working for almost 2 months after I finished my training, so of course I had forgot a decent amount of what I was taught. One of the managers said “Can you run?” to me an hour into my shift, and the other manager yelled at me for not having the frappe machine on right for 30 seconds (it wasn’t even busy either). Absolutely terrible i went there with my kids for the 30 day 30 deal and I was absolute disgusted they ignored me for 10 minutes straight and after that some one came out with the worst attitude ever and let me tell you about the food it was disgusting all mushed up and terrible if I could give it a 0 star I would
The manager of this place is so rude. She got my order wrong and when I questioned her wouldn't listen and blamed me. Wow she then returned my money snatched my food and said she wouldn't serve me. Lol ok. I only eat it when absolutely desperate so no loss. I will never go there again.
The restaurant had only three employees working on a public holiday night, which is simply unfair to the staff. We waited over 20 minutes for two cheeseburger meals. On a positive note, the service was friendly and pleasant. However, the management needs improvement.

The food at Maca is quite good. I dined in for dinner and found the meal to be enjoyable. I would rate the food and service both at 4 out of 5, while the atmosphere is a bit lacking, earning a 3 out of 5.
