I went here around 2am to get food. The gentleman who took my order was polite and very nice. Then I went to the second window and the young lady there told me I'd have to wait on fries to finish cooking first. I didn't mind because who doesn't like hot fries! But as I looked at her,she looked so tired as if she'd been running around the place doing so much. Then I realized that she was the only other person that I saw inside. So I pull over to wait on my fries and not even 4 minutes go by and out walks a guy with my food. It was the same gentleman that took my order!! This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever encountered. The staff seems more interested in chatting and laughing in Spanish than in assisting customers. Everyone who visits this location seems to share the same sentiment. It’s clear they need new management and employees who prioritize customer service. I’ve never written a review for anything before, but this experience was so poor that I felt compelled to share it. If you want your food in a reasonable timeframe, I recommend going to a different McDonald's. This location has the worst customer service I've seen, and I believe corporate should take notice. Every customer I've spoken to feels the same way—they're simply awful.
simply over the bloomfield NJ site with the auto thru. They asked for hot, fresh pommes that were cold to me. remembered the cashier and she asked me to pull the side and someone took me a few into the car. waited 15 minutes for the new and still disappointed. not only left them cold fries on the bottom of the container and put a few fresh fries on, I now only discovered a piece of hair in my big Mac container I officially made with almost food and I am certainly not eating at mcdonalds in bloomfield nj.
this place is often underoccupied and depending on the manager who is on it a very hostile envy for the rest of the staff. I understand that the drive thru is very popular and they are overwhelmed. in the inner it is often supported by doordas, ubereats, etc. it should not be an excuse to keep the restaurant clean. these photos come from a Saturday afternoon. Those who wanted to eat could not, because there was nothing, nor someone available to clean the tables.

I made some mistakes with my order, but the supervisor was so kind and corrected it for me. I had lost hope in this McDonald's, but my experience yesterday was a pleasant surprise and motivated me to write a review for the first time. You’re doing a great job, especially considering how challenging it is to work during the pandemic. We all need to prioritize safety. Thank you!
It's just like every mcdonalds, great price for some great tasting food but you know not to eat it too often. This McDonalds you need to use the machine to order, you don't go to the cashier. I think this makes it faster to get your food. Not many indoor seats. Suggest to grab to go.

The place was very crowded, with too many kids running around. The space felt small, and there were limited electrical outlets available.
Always a problem or attitude when I go (thankfully I don't go often). Today, I showed my order and the lady just shrugged and walk away. Once I got that squared away, I had sauce in my bag and no nuggets. Very frustrating place to go.

No left turn into lot. No drinks, only bottled water. Sold out of many items. Kiosk won't take cards, AND food missing from my order. NOT a good experience. ?
Food was great but all tables were dirty and cleaning person was just walking around ..I had to clean my own table
