Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

Always an issue when ordering from this specific McDonald’s. Today I ordered 4 chicken biscuits with hash browns and at the window I asked for extra ketchup and the woman threw 3 more ketchup packets in the bag and said there’s ketchup in the bag already. Get home to eat and there’s only 6 ketchup packets in total… so if I didn’t ask for extra I would’ve have 3 ketchup packets for 4 sandwiches and hash browns. Ridiculous I spend so much money here and can’t have my meal the way I’d like to. I would rate 0 stars if I could because customer service is something this establishment knows nothing about. They act as if it’s coming out of their pay when you ask for extra KETCHUP! NOT EVEN A SAUCE!

Causes to many problems and accidents due to entrance at the point of an exit from a busy mall ..... to many crazy teens from some kind of tech school down the block causing issues with the clients going in and out of this franchise... owner should go and talk to the head of the school or near by precinct to advise their superiors and talk to their students not to go around there if they're going to cause problems coming in and out of the small mall...

they did not give me that my drink ignored me when they asked me a question, they need a little 20 minutes after I had ordered everything to be cold. thank you for nothing and my money. terrible personal terrible situation.

can be better, several items placed over kiosk either not find or take too long. place could be cleaner, workers should stay behind the counter will be close to customers eating. overall good friendly people food: 4/5 Reserva una mesa ahora

food is ice cold !!!! took entirely to long app said dasher was waiting over 30 minutes!!! text dasher she claimed long lines what lines these orders have priority !!!

this place needs a deep cleaning, it smells dirty directly when they come, the rest space is disgusting. you can say there is no higiene.
