I don' often buy my kids but I took her after an appointment. I asked for the caramel frappuccino coffee and the guy said(big manager man) that they couldn't do none of them or shakes. Okay. I ordered the happy meal of four nuggets and her fries and small fries for me and cheeseburger. When we went to pour our drinks it was disgusting everything spilled, floor was all sticky like no one care. We grab our order and sat down and this is how our meal looked. I got up and show them the nuggets and asked if there is a way to have others that were not fried in OLD OIL. ? pro tip go right to the counter and skip the big tvs for order?! I love these McDonald’s, but the ordering process confused some. they have large tvs at which they CAN order, allows hyper exact ordering. this means, however, wait longer than normal, as each person finds it out before them. eating is fresh, pommes crispy, fast ordering? solid, intelligent guide team? fast, precise drive through? serve you drinks while waiting for eating? recently renovatedcons? confusing self-order system creates lines when they skip the big tvs, they get in record time with a precise, timely ordering. this makes the running gear through a particularly tempting option, even if the line seems long!

I really need to stop ordering food from this location. Seeing as how my food orders are wrong every single time. Not once, not twice but literally quite a few times- every time I go there and order food. And I seriously hate ketchup with a passion. This is getting ridiculous at this location. I'm going to only order drinks from now on. I have learned my lesson. I feel that the employees need better guidance.
