Terrible service. I was handed a Coke at the drive-thru, but the lid came off during the handover, and I was completely soaked. My entire car seat and I were drenched in 0.5 liters of Coke… No apology or anything. On the contrary, the order was also wrong. That was my first and last McDonald's in a year. We accidentally drove past the loudspeaker. The blonde, older woman with hair that looked like she'd stuck her finger in a light socket deliberately turned away when we tried to get her attention, even though there was nothing she needed to do. We drove on; customer service and friendliness are clearly top priorities here.

Never had such a good meal at McDonald's! EVERYTHING was truly hot and freshly prepared (Friday, 11:30 p.m. . The food was brought to the table promptly. The restaurant is nicely decorated. Restrooms were clean. This is how it should be, always and everywhere.
Very rude and unreliable staff! I had to wait a long time for my things to be ready, and in the end, several items were missing. I'll never go there again!
The staff were unfriendly and blatantly lied to my face! When I asked if the nuggets etc. were included, they said yes, but that turned out to be false!
Great branch! Clean, excellent service Always friendly and the food tastes great, everything is fresh and hot. Thank you, we love coming here.

Absolutely disastrous, we stood in the drive-thru for half an hour and on top of that the food was wrong and half of it was missing.
As expected, everything is quite alright and the waiting time is also acceptable.
