This restaurant is open 24 hours, but my experience was quite frustrating. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was stuck behind three cars for 45 minutes without being able to place an order. If you decide to visit, be sure to bring cash, as their credit card processing system is incredibly slow and they only accept cash prior to closing each day. The service quality at this location is disappointing, and it’s evident in the numerous one-star reviews on Google, particularly related to the drive-thru. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I had to wait for 40 minutes for my drive thru mobile order The large heavyset white male who is a manager who also drives a red mini Cooper Purposefully tried to argue with me about my mobile order despite me showing them everything they needed to see , and then when I finally got my food after the whole 45 minute ordeal was done, he handed me my food and lit up a cigarette, I guess he was proud of himself for all of his hard work. There have been numerous times of come here for breakfast and the food they give me is either undercooked or just not very good. Normally I don't complain. Because I'm eating at McDonald's and this particular location is just a bad location. But I feel like they stepped it down to a new low today because now in order to get a cup of water you have to pay a dollar. Literally just for a cup of water. honestly if you want to go to McDonald's just go to the one by trader Joe's it's much better. Even the workers recognized that water should be free. Sat in line for 40 minutes on a Saturday night paid cash because their systems were down, and then looked in the bag to see that they had forgotten an item! Now we’re at the door (it’s closed and locked and there’s a doorbell that’s being rung and not being answered!! I understand being short staffed but if they are and then the system is not working they just need to close down and fix it. I would be much more satisfied to come to a McDonald’s that was close versus sitting in line for 45 minutes and then getting items that I’m missing for me to have to stand in another line to get the item.

If the bar is set low and they still manage to disappoint, you know something is wrong. McDonald's already has a reputation for low standards, but this place truly takes it to another level. They often ignore drive-thru orders and provide inaccurate wait times, seemingly trying to deter customers during breakfast hours, and they can’t even get simple orders right. Honestly, I can’t recall a single time they’ve managed to fulfill an order correctly. During lunch and dinner, the food is served stale and cold, as if it has been sitting out for too long. This place is a real letdown.
If I could give this place a lower rating, I would. I waited at the counter for twenty minutes with cash in hand while the staff completely ignored me. The manager even made eye contact but chose to overlook my presence. I ended up going across the street to Chick-fil-A instead. I highly recommend avoiding this location and choosing another restaurant instead.
The staff at the drive-through windows were very nice .Bathroom was clean .The small McDonald's sign is Too Small to clearly see from road , it could cause an accident the way people drive .My bacon egg and cheese biscuit was good , slight different in taste then Connecticut .Parking: Clean parking lot .
Tried the new snack wrap meal. Just like I remember but for twice the price now. Not worth $11 when they have the Mcdouble deal for $5 and about just as much food and gets the job done for much less. But it was a nice trip down memory lane... Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
