This McDonald's is absolutely awful. They were understaffed which is obviously understandable. Instead of going through the drive thru, I decided to go inside hoping to save time. I walked u to the front counter and there was a written message saying to use the kiosk to order due to the place being understaffed. I turn around to use the kiosk and it says to order at the counter. Which one is it?!A gentleman walked in while I was waiting. We were talking about customer service because we weren't getting any while we were standing there. Multiple people walked past us without acknowledging us. Finally someone came and took my order.A simple apology and quick explanation why we had to wait would have gone a long way. I have ordered Doordash from this restaurant as well and they forgot items and the fries were only halfway filled. I don't know why I expect better from a McDonalds.
Made a online order today, first they give us 2 less apple pies and never say a word, we go through the order and go back inside. They tell me it will be 15 minutes to warm more up , they offer a chicken sandwich to replace this. Ok , then we get home and the quarter pounder is half cooked. Try and call and no answer. Try and ask for a refund through the app, no go. Just seems like no one really cares if the order is correct , I realize this won't matter but just venting.
30 minutes waiting for a happy meal. they participated in the journey. everyone in the lobby was so upset. a person asked for sweet tee and went after 15 minutes. a dame said to I think the manager, said what it takes so long, and he said, listen to her lady, I had just a hundred dollar order before her, if they don't like it, they don't come back
Let’s also mention and share the positive experiences! I really appreciate when people work hard and show friendliness and care despite the odds and that’s this McDonald’s! Thank you for all that you do specially the General Manager who does their best to ensure customers receive great service. Kudos!
