After long time we decided to sit and eat here. My kids love the fries and nuggets so that we bought and sat on the table. After spending little bit, I wanted to use restrooms. The door was locked. They are listed as 24 hours but if you go there between 4-5:30 am they will deny you a coffee and an oatmeal because their ?system is down.? This restaurant is just mediocre. Their dessert and ice cream machines are always broken, yet they still falsely advertise ice cream as if it's available. When I brought this up to the manager, he claimed it wasn't his problem and that it was out of his control. Overall, this is the worst McDonald's in Queens.
