Waited inside at kiosk for over 5mins to even be acknowledged for someone to take my order. 2 customers behind me left and said this wait and service is ridiculous.The employee’s I could see preparing food and fries were not wearing gloves.I seen an employee putting food in bags and their fingers were visibly touching fries and other foods, just seconds after he touched his phone, unsanitary.I ended up taking the food to go because the tables were an absolute disaster, dirty and full of trash.I already lost my appetite by this time, but what can I expect of a $5 meal and service. mcdonald is out there. for a company that is so strongly encouraged to use the app, it is a scandal to hear that “our machine for codes is down”. that is not possible and it is a complete lie. the workers there are lazy and they cannot even do the mere minimum that requires their work. full time waste, they never go to this McDonald’s. w. 117th is a better bet.
This place is very close to my house so I go there a few times a week for a diet coke or something small. Lately they can't seem to get my order right. Regular coke instead of diet coke and a regular cheese burger instead of a mcdouble, more often than not my order is wrong. The order screen will show the order correctly but the bag has it wrong.
The worst McDonalds. Food is almost always cold and frequently missing items. When ordering delivery, they haphazardly throw the drinks in the bag getting everything wet and the food seems like it was siting on the counter for 30-45 minutes before the driver picks it up. If you can go to a different McDonalds, please do.

mcdonalds I was there. I got uncooked pommes. missing items. false standard menu items. last 3 times I went her mobile system is down and then I went today and it is 4 on the afternoon and the drive thru is closed, mobile order is down and the doors are closed with cartridges inside.
The secret is not in the sauce... it's truly in the people! Had a wonderful experience using the drive through to start my day with a coffee and sandwich. Beautiful start to my day!
I encountered an issue with a code from the app, and the manager kindly covered my breakfast! I didn't even notice it until I checked my receipt after leaving. Great people!

I enjoy this McDonald's, but at times it seems like they could improve on their cleanliness.
Always busy, yet the fries are NEVER fresh. I started ordering no salt just for fresh fries.
