I had the best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. There was a gentleman—an African American man currently wearing an arm sling—who went above and beyond for my special needs toddler. My child was having a tough time since it was close to naptime, and he had never been to a fast food restaurant before. This man came over not once, but twice, to offer something to my toddler and to try to lift his spirits. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to teach our child good manners at home, he wasn't the most polite, but the man's smile never wavered. It's McDonald's, so you know what you're getting. The food is the standard McDonald's fare, but it was made fresh to order, and the coffee was quite good. I did notice that the prices were higher than at other locations, probably because it's in a tourist area. However, the drink station was rather unclean, and the lid dispenser was particularly off-putting. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, so I made sure to bring it to the attention of the management before I left.

Badly organized workers, seemed to be enough staff, but the line for the ride around the entire building was wrapped and the line inside was also long. That was at 3pm-not rush hour! My quarter faces immediately received, but then waited for a mocha-rappe forever - had to finally get their attention and ask for it. I'm not going to visit these McDonalds again.

This place is absolutely disgusting!! The pictures are just a glimpse into it. And the employees are down right RUDE! One in particular is walking around slamming everything she possibly can and giving everyone including my CHILDREN dirty looks. Never again.
The restaurant refused to accept the coupon code from the McDonald's app. I selected the correct location and received a code on the screen, but the staff informed me that it wouldn't be accepted. I recommend looking for better options nearby instead.
The customer service I received at McDonald's the night I picked up my order was outstanding. Both employees who assisted me were quick and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. The menu offered a good variety, and I would rate the food 4/5.
It's decent for fast food. Sometimes the food is hot and tasty, while other times it’s cold and less satisfying. Honestly, it’s a bit of a mixed bag for me.
