Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I was the worst McDonalds, too. I moved up to 1. Paying windows, the employee looked at me and went away. I sat there for 3 minutes to the next window, they told me I had to pay on the first window. I explained the situation and they wanted to take my phone to scan the voucher. They were rude when I told them that they were not comfortable with someone running my phone on the back of the store, it could be dropped, there are many information on my phone with means of payment. After 3 minutes of arguing they write the voucher code down as they should have done first. Then I come to my destiny... my 10 Nuggets has only 8 nuggets in it. My diet coke is a regular coke and my daughters happy food...

This particular McDonald's is very well-maintained, and they manage to get your order right 9 out of 10 times, even with special requests, and they do it quickly! It's McDonald's, so you can't expect gourmet food, but I have to give them credit for a job well done. My only significant complaint is that their fries have been quite bad recently; even when hot, they are soggy, overly salted, and lack flavor. However, I understand that's more about the company's practices than this specific location. Other McDonald's should consider using this restaurant as a training ground to show how to effectively work as a team. Great job, team!

I AM HERE ON 9/5/20 I TRIED TO PLACE MY ORDER THEY SAY THE SYSTEM IS DOWN WHAT IS GOING ON THIS IS PARKVILLE NOT NORTH AVE IN THE CITY WAITING FOR MY FISH SANDWICH,MILKSHAKE AND SMOOTHIE... I WAS TOLD TO PULL UP... ITS HAS BEEN OVER 10 MINUTES .... 8/22/20 WORKER COMES OUT BRING MY FISH SANDWICH AND FORGET MY STRAWBERRY MILK SHAKE AND SMOOTHIE 9/12/20 NO MILK SHAKE THEY SAY MACHINE IS DOWN

Just aweful, I'm so disappointed! I don't eat chicken nuggets but for some reason I had a taste for them but wanted the experience to be the best so I asked made to order. I had to head for another destination before they closed so needless to say...I didn't check... What I received was... Re-fried french ? and at best room temp nuggets. But that's what I get after all its McDonalds?.. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a great experience at the restaurant thanks to the friendly and courteous manager, Angela. She was respectful and made my visit enjoyable. I didn't have to wait long for my order, and it was well-prepared. I appreciate Angela and her team for their excellent service during my visit on November 3, 2020. Thank you!

The customer service at this McDonald's is quite slow. The sandwiches are consistently served cold, and the sweet tea is diluted. They could benefit from hiring a new manager with experience in customer service and food preparation.
