When there is no one else in the drive thru late at night and I use my McDonald's app to apply a deal to my order, why do you make me exit the drive thru and go back around thru it when I am simply trying to use my points to get my free item? It's ridiculous! It's a non payment item and it can be redeemed immediately not 13 minutes after like you have to wait when using a deal. If I'm the only one in the drive thru, is it so hard to let me redeem my free cheeseburger without making me drive around to the speaker just to say my pick up code? I visited today to redeem my points for a caramel frappe, but after I placed my order, I was informed that the machine was being cleaned and they couldn’t make any frappes. When I asked if I could cancel my order and get my points back, they told me I couldn’t. It’s really frustrating to have used all my points only to leave without my frappe. I won’t be returning to this location.
The McNuggets are always incredible and consistently delicious. However, the McCrispy I ordered was rock hard, as if it had been sitting under the heat lamp since morning. I'm not sure it's safe to eat, so I have to lower my rating by one star and will dispute this item through DoorDash support. Other than that, the 20-piece McNuggets are always perfect!
The McRib will always be a classic. The Quarter Pounder with Cheese is likely the best quality meat option available, and it truly tastes fantastic. I think Hi-C Orange is underrated, and McDonald's is one of the few places where you can find it. Overall, it's a win!
