I bought a crispy chicken sandwhich meal around 11:15PM on 8/14/2022 and I was so disappointed when I got home and was ready to eat. The sandwich was only the chicken and the bread looking so nasty. What happen to the ???? lettuce and mayonese? My callsto report it to the manager are futile. That 's very low of you guys to decide your customer like that. I've been to this location a couple of times lately. So far the food usually is hot, fast and good. But the other day I got a coffee around 5pm (I really needed it too). I waited in the drive thru for about ten minutes before I got to order and I onlyhad one person in front of me smh. I ordered my coffee and said 2x no cream (I have a milk allergy). I paid and I checked thereceipt and it showed the right order. I get my coffee and drive off. I'm at least a mile away and I know the coffee is coolenough to drink. Launch is a fun place, and it was an excellent place to have a birthday party! Our attendant was great and the party planner very communicative. The facility has so many fun things to do. The party room is large and provides privacy. We had our partyduring toddler time, and the food we got (pizza and chicken wings) were yummy! Would definitely recommend this place for fun anda birthday party!
This McDonald's is fantastic! It's consistently clean, even the restrooms, and it tends to be quite busy. The drive-thru line moves swiftly. I didn't rate it 5 stars because, during my last visit, they forgot to add cheese to my breakfast sandwich from the menu.

I was so upset that my vanilla ice coffee had a dead mosquito in it.. They only accommodated me with my $1.35 back smh.. They could at least refunded me for my whole meal! So remember always inspect your food and beverages before pulling off!!!
