Every time I visit the Broad Street location, they never seem to have shakes available. I mean, they always tell me they don’t have any, which is confusing because last I checked, shakes have always been on the menu. I've been there numerous times, both during the day and at night, since I live just down the street. They really need to get their act together. I end up having to go to BK, and I dislike that option.
Ordered a medium fry and this is what I get, what has happened to the fast food industry over the years…smh! When I worked as a teenager in the fast food industry over a decade ago, I would have gotten written up for not filling up the fries completely. People nowadays have no work ethic.
This has to be the most unproductive and unhelpful team I've ever encountered. Although they're supposed to be open until 2 AM, they frequently close by 12 or even earlier. Curiously, the milkshakes and frappes are consistently unavailable, no matter what time you visit.
Please do yourself a favor. Do not go here. They overcharge you, the food is always terrible, and the service is so bad it’s almost funny. They’re the type of place to somehow make your food ice cold but your drinks warm. Reserva una mesa ahora
I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup and have now been waiting for 30 minutes and still counting. This isn't the first time I've experienced delays with their curbside mobile orders.
Ordered double filet of fish with shredded lettuce and no tarter got it with tarter and no lettuce, wife ordered cheeseburger happy meal it came with no cheese and no double fries... verry
