So the new roll out, the remodel doesn't make sense. Ugly atmosphere and the biggest dumbest issue, no pop machine. For this restaurant it maybe makes sense, it's a smaller restaurant, the one in Chesaning doesn't make sense. Refills have to be done by the staff. So how are you saving money, also not that Im a environmentalist but, new cup and lid each time? Save the planet not. Not a fan. Great staff as always. But the remodel question my desire to return on top of the pricing.
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I was made to pull forward for 15 seconds, creating a gap between me and the car ahead. My hash browns arrived cold and limp, and none of the food was prepared correctly. If you're looking for a better option, I recommend going to Clio instead. At least there, you won't have to deal with the inconvenience of being stuck in line while they take their time. Also, don't count on getting napkins, as they won't provide any.
Why do they ask if I have a mobile order every single time I'm at the window? If I have a mobile order, I'll tell you? For such a big corporation, it's a waste of time (which is money) in order to ask a question that a person will say no to. They also must have the employees on a script, it's like talking to a robot.
We went through the drive through. The staff was friendly. Our food was disgusting. The fries were cold and really salty. The order was made wrong. We asked for certain condiments to not be put on our hamburgers and it was. I was too far away by the time I realized it. Reserva una mesa ahora
This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I'm not a huge fan of the remodel, but I don’t eat in very often anyway. Despite that, it remains the best. The food is always fresh, and the customer service is excellent.
My favorite McDonald’s to go to! Every time I come through the food is always hot and fresh. The staff are super kind and very friendly. Lastly when I do dine in it’s one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been too!
I stopped there the night we had the snow which is just a couple nights ago and I had to wait for a fresh McChicken and when the kids come out he helped me clear my car off of the snow which was awesome
McDonald's is my kind of place. The food is always hot and fresh. The McDonald's Associated made sure it was. I have made this McDonald's my go to for a fast bite. Reserva una mesa ahora
This location definitely deserves five stars. I only used the drive-thru, but I can honestly say I was delighted with every aspect of my visit.
