Dear Team, We visited your store and unfortunately, my daughter fell off the slide at the playground and hit her head on the ground – despite the rubber flooring. We would therefore kindly ask you to review the safety precautions in the play area, particularly the thickness of the floor mats and the design of the slide and impact zones. I saw someone return their chicken, and it was then given to someone else. Hygiene is therefore nonexistent here. These chickens could have been touched or dropped on the floor. This is truly outrageous. The tables aren't kept very clean either. I was also speechless with a wrap. It contained cheese, but it had melted. No effort was made to eat it. The food stinks.
