I will say this if you don't possess people skills, please don't work anything to do with the public. I can't believe a simple coffee order went from 0 to a 100 in seconds. I said what condiments was desired at my order. I paid pulled up to pickup window. Attitude from female employee was horrible. It got so bad she pushed passed the Manager at the window as if she wanted to throw a drink on me. I let her know if that happened I was coming inside it wouldn't be to pray. She continued to sell out I pulled up to park my car. I'm glad I decided to call the District Manager to advise what just happened over a coffee order. He was extremely apologetic I didn't pick up a case......
I'm not an exaggerated person. This is the most unorganized and pleasing McDonalds I've ever had in my existence. Among other things, we waited for 20 minutes to say a curb-sided order that they did not realize that we were there or not the ingredients, we had made wrong orders almost every time, we ordered online for items that are not in stock, we had to drive home to check after an order so that they approve it (just drive and say that the workers were not supplied from these ingredients). I understand that the fast food is, but the mere minimum is so far from being met here that it is absolutely dizzy. If I were you, I'd go on.
I ordered two 20-piece nuggets from McDonald's but only received one set. I asked for sweet tea and was given unsweetened instead. When I requested to speak to a manager at the front counter and the window, no one responded. Honestly, I was disappointed with the customer service. However, the nuggets themselves were pretty good once they arrived, which is why I’m giving McDonald’s 2 stars instead of one. Always double-check your order bags. People have complained about not being paid $15 an hour, and now that they are, it seems the service quality on the menu has significantly declined.
1 star I stead of zero because the lights were on and the employees were somewhat friendly. HOWEVER... ?The fries were old and cold and gross. ?The edges of the bun on the crispy chicken sandwich were crunchy and the tomato was left off. ?The Filet-O-Fish was barely warm. Lesson: Don't EVEN stop here. You are better off hungry (hangry, even). If you don't want to take your chances with hangriness, not all hope is lost! There is also a Wendy's and Arby's at the same exit.

The biscuit tasted like it had been sitting out for over 8 hours—I had to spit it out because it was so stale. Update: When I returned with the biscuit later, they promptly refunded me and even gave me a lunch meal without me asking. Great customer service! They've earned an extra star, now 3 stars.
So I waited for fresh fries and this is what I got. Not just once, but the time before also. Except this time Im letting everyone else know. I paid almost $10 for this. This is the worst location I have ever been to as for food freshness. Skip this location and find another with a different owner.
I didn't receive half of my order from McDonald's. It was a very simple order, and now they won't answer the phone. I wish I could give 0 stars. Since COVID, the prices have doubled while the portions on the menu have been cut in half!
Depends on the staff on if it's great that day at the time that you decide to go.?. Staff is very friendly and not stingy with their ketchup like most fast food restaurants including other McDonald's.

Stop eating and doors locked. I drive an oversized vehicle and the Dinning Room/Lobby should be open around the clock to order inside.
This McDonald's only had a secret feeling for it. I guess because the workers... I know, weird criticism.
