On the night of April 20, 2022, there was only one woman working alone in the kitchen, front counter, and drive-thru, and she did an amazing job! I want to thank her for being so kind despite the overwhelming stress. I noticed many cars leaving because people couldn't wait, but she remained incredibly patient. Thanks for the delicious food!
Living where we do, we have few choices in town for places to eat. Service is usually very slow, orders are correct about 50% of the time. Most of the staff is very friendly. Food is good. It seems being so close to the casino and Allegany State park, they would focus more on moving customers thru quickly and getting orders correct!
The service was slow, and the food was poorly prepared and tasted burnt. The McDonald's on 2nd Street has really declined in terms of customer service. They don't even deserve a rating.

The restaurant is closed and they haven't bothered to update their Google listing. Don't waste your time trying to go there.
The service was non-existent, and the staff, consisting of unfriendly older women, did not create a pleasant atmosphere.
The food we received was served hot, and our order was accurate. The delivery experience was smooth and pleasant.
