Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

Completely unorganized and careless, there should be no reason for me to wait in the drive thru reserved spots when there is no one behind me. I was told to wait in Spot one and it was already taken up by someone else and someone parked in spot two to go inside the restaurant so I had to park in spot 3 in hopes that they don 't give my food to someone else and it turns out they did..

The man who works at night is very rude, I was upset a door dash order took over 35 minutes and he told me I didn 't have to come there, because McDonalds is a brand . He was rude about him being behind, and could careless about who had an issue with it. This man lacks customer service and gives a horrible representation of the brand.

I love McDonald's, with that being said, it's a tragedy to visit one with poor service and bad food. And this is the case with the Neptune, NJ McDonald's. I have experienced: Cold Fries, Smelly meat, Flat soda and poor customer service. I used to go there for all occasions but because of the lack of quality I'm not...

in the daytime it's fine , but after 5/6 pm the workers barely acknowledge you or give attitude over simple stuff(girl at first window gave me a stank face because I wanted a reciept, plus it's slow why even trip lol). I don't right reviews ever but i'd suggest going to the wall or ocean location for good service

WORST SERVICE EVER. TOOK ORDER 6 TIMES. feel bad for the guy on the register so if you were wearing the blue shirt with security vest thanks for trying. Maybe throw a McFlurry in?
