Absolutely chaotic. Employees are understaffed, inefficient, tables are neither disinfected nor cleaned, trash cans are full to crack, toilets are dirty not to say unclean. Ah yes, you have to queue each turn to order at the terminal because employees can’t handle more than one order at a time, yet the commands arrive in 15 minutes and cold.
