Was told to pull around to #7 there was a car in thr space. I called inside an told them tbey said they were about to bring out. 10 minutes later call they said someone came out there was a car there with no one in it. Told them I called was parkedacross from it. 10 minutes later call oh we could not find you Im bringing it out now. 10 minutes later I went inside an askfor refund. They were there is your food in that box over there. Yes 30 minutes later 3 or 4 phone calls several peoplehandling it. And worse the little guy at counter went to get manager and she brushed him off told him she was too busy to speakto me! Terrible manager!!!!! Poor customer service!!!!!!
I've been a customer here for years, but today they lost a few. I don’t mind waiting in the drive-thru, but when my food is cold, it’s disappointing. I took my food inside to get fresh double cheeseburgers and asked for a refund, but instead of accommodating my request, the manager just handed me another batch - which were also cold! To make matters worse, some of them had mustard on them, despite my allergies. This happened during the lunch rush! I've posted photos as well.
It's impressive how most McDonald's locations manage to get our orders right, except for the two in Shelby, NC. My wife typically orders a quarter pounder with just mustard—no cheese, no pickles, ketchup, or onions—just meat, mustard, and the bun. It should be simple! The store we visited today in Belmont got it right. The burgers and fries were hot and fresh. Shelby, take notes from this location! I'm not sure what the issue is there.
The service at this McDonald's has been downhill for over a year. Today was said I could not use more than one voucher. The voucher says that a voucher per person does not visit. I fed 4 ppl. Then it was missing from the order by 2 Cheeseburgers. It wasn't as busy as it was only 11:30. Picked up children from school with basically missing a whole meal. Should not be so difficult!!!!!! I decided to use the drive-thru for breakfast, hoping it would be quicker. However, it took me 30 minutes to get my food, despite there only being one car in front of me. The staff seemed unfriendly and even rolled their eyes when I inquired about some options, making me feel like I was being a bother. To top it off, when I got home, I realized they had messed up my order.
This place is getting worse. Three direct weeks, they screwed our order. I had to go back and get it two times. This time it's not worth the gas running back and forth. This place has been down for months. Waiting is too long to make the order wrong. Management will not even disturb to answer the phone. Customer service is at a minimum here.
Love the food but I didn't think my order was ever going to be placed. Numerous employees had walked in and out around me looking but no one else took my order. Except for a lady manager clocking in ask me if she could help me. Thanks to managershort burgandy hair with a little bit of a limp.
