Busy breakfast time, there is Only one person taking care of everybody and everything at the front counter. My favorite is (biscuit bacon and egg) sandwich. When I sip my coffee in my car I noticed that something went wrong, too much creamy and no taste of coffee. I don't want to blame her at all (because I saw that how she was extremely busy) instead I am very happy and thankful for McCafe and breakfast teams are serving us in the morning.
I was here on Friday 07/03/2020 around 6pm and the guy taking orders in the drive through was beyond rude. This guy seemed like he didn't want to be there and was being very unprofessional that my family and I decided to leave right away. Hopefully he gets some additional customer service training because this is the first time I've experienced this type of service at a Mc Donald's.
The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean. The staff was accurate and prompt. I appreciated being addressed as "Sir" and "Miss," which added a nice touch of kindness. Although it’s not common for me, I recommend wearing a mask or some form of breathing protection as a sign of respect. Overall, I believe that 5G is a significant issue we should be aware of.
There are three young people here, that makes your visit worthwhile. They say , Good Morning and help out at the kiosk when busy. These youngsters show customer service beyond their young years! If you want people to enjoy the experience and service, then hire people are people oriented. Not someone who just stands and looks around with greeting anyone. Reserva una mesa ahora
Nice! they're open till 2 AM! curbside pick up is open late. I got curbside just before 9 PM. While I was eating they were still bringing food out to other cars!. Most McDonald's close at midnight and curbside closes at 5 PM. Also this one is right next to the Carson sheriff station so it's feels safe. Kenneth
I love McDonald's smoothies, EXCEPT you can't customize them. I like the Strawberry Banana Smoothie mixed with the Mango smoothie. McDonald's won't mix them for me. ? My solution, buy 1 small Strawberry Banana Smoothie AND 1 small Mango Smoothie, take them home and then mix them together. Yummy!!
I can't believe it—I only got a caramel scarf! I asked the kid if that was a caramel flap, and where the caramel was. He replied that he was only told to mark it as caramel. Thank goodness they don’t call the restaurant with the letter "L," because that would be really disappointing!
