Everyone was directed to wait on the side for their food. The five parking spots were full, but the drive-thru was empty. When my order finally arrived, the food was cold, the bun was stale, the fries were underseasoned, and the drink was incorrect. I didn’t receive a receipt to file an official complaint. The Filet-O-Fish patty appeared to have shrunk by about thirty percent—it used to be nearly the same size as the bun, but no longer. The service was terrible, and the food was poor quality and not worth the price. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend you do either.
The nuggets could have been fresher, but the staff was great and efficient. The service was quick, which was a plus. The reason for giving only 3 stars is because there was a cowboy outside wearing a safety jacket. I was eating with my kids when a woman with a bad attitude ordered, and as we were leaving, the cowboy approached us at the window and accused us of being homeless. It was a very confusing experience. Please address this issue.
I had to stop in at the Wal-Mart auto center early in the morning and while waiting for work on my car popped over here for breakfast. They provide the self-serve terminals, which I am always a big fan of when it cones to ordering food. The storeitself was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is orders weren't really called out to the lobby, instead left on thecounter for folks to figure out.
The manager at this McDonald's put my safety at risk by having someone threaten me and my little sister with a gun. They also refused to provide the 20-piece meal I paid for or issue a refund. When I requested my order be remade, the curly-haired employee said they were too busy and questioned why I couldn’t understand that. The manager clearly shouldn’t be in charge.

Bothered me while my kids use bathroom band wife ordered food. We just got here out of state.Traveling and he came to window claiming we homeless we have to move. I was so confused. Please remove him.
Wow, totally rude staff, window 1 just was $8.36 no hi no buy NOTHING. Window 2 was worse the kid was holding my food out the window didn't even look at me. With all of the options in that area it would be in someone's best interest to invest time incustomer service. No, it wasn't busy there was one car in front of me and nobody behind me.

Sistershe didnt want to give me My 20 piece that i paid for and didn?t want to give me refund. Went to buy just 2 fappes the machine was down witch was totally understandable! what really ticked me off was I asked them to cancel the order (I did use the mobile app) the guy told me to just drive off and it would be refunded so I did. Still chargedme .waited in the lobby for help, after 20 minutes of waiting I just left
