Through the drive thru and ordered. I was told that my order was in my pocket and I was set. Wing to my goal and looked at the job. The order was missing two big pommes. The place was called and the solution of when I came, then can I get my two pommes?. I informed the individual that I usually did not go there and it would be out of the way. The individual found out later that he informed me about the shift supervision? I don't know what to tell you.? I asked to talk to the manager, and the individual said he was. I asked for clarification whether he was the manager or the supervisor in whom he identified that he was the supervisor. I called the manager the next day and after she didn't get the best solution, she said that no matter what she wanted to say, I was already upset and nothing could make me happy?. This place treated the situation extremely unprofessional and gave me no reasonable solution, as I would have to leave my way to correct the location error!
